We’ve enjoyed using this facility for years. Safe, reliable and even during storms there has been no issues. I would definitely recommend using them.

Since 2013, I have moved all over the Bloomingdale facility with support from the staff who are knowledgeable & helpful. As a single woman I feel secure knowing I am not alone. All members of my family agree & store their personal goods in a great place!

Very helpful and professional staff. Made our move in the area much easier and very accommodating to our needs with storage and U-Haul rentals.

Team members really go above and beyond to help out. We had left our xmas gifts in storage to hide from kids. When we went to pick them up, found out they closed at 1pm on xmas eve. Diana, the manager, called me back directly and came up after hours to meet me so I could get our gifts out and save christmas. This team is a lifesaver!!!

The customer service at this facility is amazing. We have entirely too much stuff with a likited ability to let anything meaningful go and we tend to find meaning in everything. Haha. We had a storage and a place across the street, whose name i wont mention but it rhymes with knife storage, and they tripled the price of out unit over the course of 4 months. It was crazy paying so much to house stuff that we really should get ride of. What reeled us in about Bloomingdale Self Storage was that they locked their already incredible rental rates in for a year and we got 1/2 off the first three months of rent. The gentleman that helped me was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them if you need some extra storage.

This storage facility was exceptionally clean . The employees were always nice , especially Bryan at the front desk .

The team is always very helpful and does not mind answering questions. They respond quickly with inquiries and display a lot of patience when dealing with difficult situations. The level of customer service is appreciated.

Super close by to my house making for easy access. I also like how the actual location is set back away from the road so it’s not busy around when trying to load or unload. The staff is really friendly, and it’s nice that it’s a small business because you can actually talk to them and know who you’re working with face to face. They’ve always answered any questions I’ve had kindly, I think the pricing is also fair, the facility is always clean and accessible. I know for some people the hours are difficult during the week, it can make it difficult with limited transportation to make it there, but overall it hasn’t been a very difficult hinderance, they are open Saturday and Sunday too and it’s reasonable for a small business to have those hours. I’m overall pretty happy with the service I receive and would prefer them over any other chain places.

This facility is absolutely phenomenal, the staff is rather accommodating too!! Even willing to give an extra few minutes when needed. Sometimes even going the extra mile so as to lend a hand. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of some extra space, all units I looked at personally are more than well maintained. Very clean, has AC and plenty of smiling faces! I did lots of research which included checking crime stats at the various storage businesses. I asked of recommendations from law enforcement officers working the area. This one had the lowest property crimes (practically none) and the most favorable amongst cops. I would highly recommend them to anyone....except burglars.

Reliable and safe place to store your stuff. The staff were always friendly and inviting. Grant helped us find places to donate our things, even when we were canceling our contract. It’s definitely not like your major Corporation storage, they treat you like family here.

It’s a storage facility that only lets you have access to your own stuff from 9-6. I work 9-5 so after traffic I can maybe get there with 15 minutes to spare. Yay me! Rates constantly rising and I can’t even get to my stuff unless it’s within the tiny window.

Best U-Haul service I've ever had. Bryan did not make me feel like this was an inconvenience like most U-Hauls. He seems to like his job and made it quick and painless. I will definitely be back as I regularly rent, maybe once a month.

Bryan Wolfe and Grant Osmanski honestly put me in the most amazing mood today. Grant answered the phone for my drop off and was super nice and gave me perfect instructions as I’m new to the area. Then Bryan came out and had the biggest smile on and the nicest communication. You both instantly put me in a great mood today. U-haul should be really proud to have these individuals as the pick up process went horribly for me and these guys made it right. Thank you Grant, Bryan, and U-haul.

RJ, Bryan and Jaime are top notch!! My family evacuated from Tyndall Air Force Base to the Tampa area in the wake of Hurricane Michael. I called on a Saturday en route from Panama City to Tampa with a Uhaul full needing emergency storage. RJ took care of me and ensured a seamless transition into storage! I cannot thank this team enough, cannot say enough great things about them! If you need the best storage option with the absolute BEST customer service, Bloomingdale Self Storage is your solution!

Clean and friendly. Good value for storage. The only issue I had is they seem to close early; the lobby clock is 15 minutes fast, which I'm guessing they go by.

I'm a first time customer. Very friendly staff and easy process to sign up. The facility is very clean and easy to move around. The first time customer discount was great! I wish the hours were longer in the evening, but I feel like this facility is very secure. So the trade off is likely worth the day time only access.

I am totally impressed with the service provided at this facility. Not only were they most accommodating, but they were also the most economical choice in the area and had the best deal! The units in facility is so clean you can eat off the floor! RJ and Bryan are also both extremely personable, and helpful! Added bonus is that they're both veterans and I always love supporting that! All in all, I would highly recommend this to anyone renting space in the Valrico or Brandon area!

Bryan and RJ have one of the cleanest facilities I have ever used.....they are helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of storage, moving, truck rental, etc. I also like that they close at 6 PM.....I don't like the idea of people having 24 hour access....this is a security plus to me! Great guys , great facility....what else can I say!

The guys who work here are fantastic. They are easy to work with and work with you to get you exactly what you need. Safe and secure place to keep your stuff for a month or for a year.

The transaction to rent a space was smooth. We felt everything was explained clearly and the fees reasonable. Our only complaint was the equipment (trolleys?) that we loaded our furniture onto to take up to the second story unit. Out of four trolleys available, only one worked properly. One actually broke (bolt fell out, handle came off) while we had it on the second floor. With the other two, the wheels didn't work properly and I fought the trolley just trying to get it to move. Otherwise, the hallways were wide enough to maneuver our belongings. We stuffed a lot of furniture and boxes into the space we rented. Overall, we're very pleased with choosing this self storage business.

Nice storage, good people. Its not 24hrs access but we like that, keeps control of unwanted people.
